Togeplume flowers grow rapidly in the presence of strong emotion. The scent of their flower changes depending upon which emotion helped it to bloom. Flowers grown from joy smell sweet, whilst those grown from anger have a rancid scent.
In seasons when it produces more pollen, the air around a Togeplume turns yellow with the powder as it walks. It will never appear where there is strife.
