Victreeitar has two mouths, but doesn't use them both to eat. While the topmost mouth consumes food, the mouth on its midsection is seemingly only used to fire Hyper Beam, Ice Beam, and Solar Beam attacks.

A Victreeitar is so overwhelmingly powerful, it can bring down a whole mountain to make its nest. The long vine extending from its head is waved about as if it were a living thing to attract prey.
