Volchic become most active at night, using their small wings to fly while drawing shapes of light via their lit-up rears. A swarm of Volchic will follow the lead of an Illuchic and protect it by spitting fireballs at threats.

If attacked, it strikes back by spitting balls of fire it forms in its stomach. With their taillights lit, Volchic fly in a swarm, drawing geometric designs in the night sky.
