Despite its cute appearance, if Zanfa spots a Seviper, it is consumed by uncontrollable fury. It stays awake all night watching the sky in the hope of seeing falling stars.
On nights with many shooting stars, Zanfa can be seen dancing in a ring. When it battles, it stands on its hind legs and attacks with its sharply clawed forelegs.
