Zogast's body can create an illusion of anyone who sticks their hand into its mouth, even briefly. It cannot mimic their voice, leaving the illusions eerily silent.
It likes the shovel on its head, so Zogast will get serious and fight any children who come to take it back. To protect themselves from danger, they hide their true identities by transforming into people and Pokémon.
