Shellsaur can use their tongues to precisely grab objects from afar. Shellsaur follow travelling ships under the water, hoping to catch any litter and bring it back to their families to display in their nests as a decoration.

To support its bulb, Shellsaur's legs grow sturdy. At night, it burrows a hole in the seafloor with its broad tongue to make a place to sleep.
