Within the shell around its tail, Shurill stores berries for later meals in order to avoid encountering other Pokémon. Often enough, its stored berries ferment and become some of the most precious and delicious juices known.

Its tail, which is packed with nutrition, is very bouncy like a rubber ball. A Shurill hides under rocks, keeping its body concealed inside its shell while eating stored berries.
