Slowsaur rest along shorelines, not seeming to realize the fact that Shellder enjoy snacking on their backs. It is theorized that the Shellder on a Slowsaur will only evolve once the Slowsaur realizes it's there.
Slowsaur can be seen napping in bright sunlight. It catches prey by dipping its tail in water at the side of a river.
