When spotted, Snubsparce will make a scary face to try and scare away the one who saw it. If that doesn't work, it burrows into the ground with its tail to escape.
Its drill-tipped tail is used to burrow into the ground backwards. By baring its fangs and making a scary face, it sends smaller Pokémon scurrying in terror.
