Solokip uses psychic power to draw water onto dry soil, forming mud. It rolls in the cool mud during hot days to regulate its temperature.

Bored of food flavored by the gel of its body, Solokip sometimes opens a "mouth" in the gel around its head so that it can nibble on its meal directly. Exposure to air dries out its eyes, so Solokip only does this for especially tasty treats.

On land, it can powerfully lift large boulders by planting its four feet and heaving. Because their bodies are enveloped in a special liquid, they can survive in any environment.
