Spirilrock's ghostly form grows stronger the more sunlight its stone is exposed to. At the height of the day it can float around freely, but without a light source its keystone plummets to the ground and leaves Spirilrock almost immobile.

The spiritual power contained in Spirilrock's body has the power to cause severe cases of insomnia, described by victims as sudden visions of the sun. Some studies have noted victims suffering from signs of heliophobia after treatment.

Solar energy is the source of this Pokémon's power. A Pokémon that was formed by 108 spirits.
