During times of heavier snowfall, Azunub perches on its tail to get a better vantage point over the snowbank. Its sharp sense of smell lets it detect predators from long distances, letting it flee to safety quicker.

It roots for food by rubbing its snout against the ground. Its tail, which is packed with nutrition, is very bouncy like a rubber ball.
