Many joke that Azuliper's beak is not full of normal water, but the Pokémon's tears. It dislikes confrontation, so it contents itself by scooping up aquatic plants and bits of discarded food around the oceans.

It skims the tops of waves as it flies. Its tail, which is packed with nutrition, is very bouncy like a rubber ball.
