The happier and healthier this Pokémon is, the more puffy and light its fur will appear! When sad or ill, the static charge held in its neck fur will bleed out, deflating the fur and making it lax.
Rather than keeping a permanent lair, it habitually seeks comfortable spots and sleeps there. If it stores too much electricity, its behavior turns aggressive.
