When Arcper is upset, it cries litres of water, able to form small ponds in mere minutes. It then rests in them, letting the water comfort it. These ponds are especially muddy and can never seem to be cleaned, though Arcper emerge spotless.

Arcper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. It is described in mythology as the Pokémon that shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms.
