When Arcnub's powerful nose has sensed a high-quality mushroom beneath the soil, its ring separates and spins beneath the ground to dig it up. The ring returns moments later, the mushroom floating safely in the center's gap.

It roots for food by rubbing its snout against the ground. It is described in mythology as the Pokémon that shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms.
