Sylras are friendly creatures that love to give hugs to other Pokémon. When they give another Pokémon a hug, they release spores that reduce inhibition while also suppressing violent urges.
Sylras's spores induce exhaustion mixed with euphoria. It swarms weakened prey and drains them with Absorb before carrying them back to its nest.
A Sylras has parasitic tochukaso mushrooms growing on its back. It sends a soothing aura from its ribbonlike feelers to calm fights.
