There is a tale that tells of two Regiper trying to get juice from a Shuckle. One ties a rope to it to try and pull it apart while the other befriends it. Both succeed, but the one that made friends was able to enjoy a life full of juice.
Regiper usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally. There is an enduring legend that states this Pokémon towed continents with ropes.
