Palorith, unlike Palossand, are quite gentle and caring creatures. They allow smaller Pokémon seeking shelter from Wingull, such as Dwebble and Joltik, to hide in their mouths. Their diet consists solely of seawater, which fortifies their bodies.
It was resurrected from a fossil using the power of science. Buried beneath the castle are masses of dried-up bones from those whose vitality it has drained.
