Lunafarig are most active at dawn and dusk, when both heads have the most energy. During the day, the tail flails about for attention before falling lower at night as the main head guides their body to leap beneath the moonlight.

A Lunafarig is an herbivore--it eats grass and tree shoots. It becomes very active on the night of a full moon.
