Sungeot are found globally and are always observed to be flying westward. Researchers have observed that they spend the morning sunning themselves and, as the sun begins to set, they will take off and fly toward it.

This Pokémon has gorgeous, glossy feathers. Sungeot try to minimize movement to conserve the nutrients they have stored in their bodies for evolution.
