Wild Swampagon will train themselves daily in their efforts to ascend powerful waterfalls. It is said that when they finally breach the top of the waterfall they will then evolve.

Although it is small, this Pokémon is very powerful because its body is a bundle of muscles. If it senses the approach of a storm and a tidal wave, it protects its seaside nest by piling up boulders.
