If the Pokémon in a Safari Zone begin to fight, Syllery are sometimes brought in. Using their ribbon-like tentacles, they placate any aggressive Pokémon and will sing a song once all tempers have ceased.
It ensnares its foe with its suction- cupped tentacles before delivering the finishing blow. It sends a soothing aura from its ribbonlike feelers to calm fights.
