The ribbon on Sylbull's head turns jet black when it does not get its way. It will fly into a rage, screeching and hurling any nearby objects to the ground like a child.
By baring its fangs and making a scary face, it sends smaller Pokémon scurrying in terror. It sends a soothing aura from its ribbonlike feelers to calm fights.
