Talonelgon's body is made of thick plumage, however they cannot fly long distances. In order to protect themselves they spew embers from the small gaps in their feathers.
It hardly eats while it awaits evolution. In the fever of an exciting battle, it showers embers from the gaps between its feathers and takes to the air.
