The scales on Tentamo-o's tail allow it to change trajectory with ease while hunting at sea. Once it seizes prey with its tentacles, it drags them beneath the surf.

Its rigid scales function as offense and defense. It lives in complex rock formations on the ocean floor and traps prey using its 80 tentacles.
