As Tentasaur walks along the seafloor, it shelters smaller Pokémon beneath its tentacles, letting them rest on its soft leaves. The tentacles poison and paralyze any intruders or predators, which then become the Tentasaur's prey.
Tentasaur's flower is said to take on vivid colors if it gets plenty of nutrition and sunlight. It lives in complex rock formations on the ocean floor and traps prey using its 80 tentacles.
