Even though Togeler have an exhausted expression, they love to play with Pokémon around them. They are cautious creatures that hold back whenever they play with baby Pokémon to avoid crushing anyone beneath them.
They descend from mountains by tumbling down steep slopes. As its energy, it uses the feelings of compassion and pleasure exuded by people and Pokémon.
