This Pokémon lives and hunts in thick marshes. It hides its entire body under the water except for the foliage on its back. When it feels something resting on top of these leaves, it thrashes and pulls them beneath the water.

It opens its huge mouth to intimidate enemies. Small Pokémon occasionally gather on its unmoving back to begin building their nests.
