Trubtoise produce a thick sludge from their cannons that is created after they eat lots of plastic. This sludge can be melted down and converted into renewable materials, but few people want to harvest the putrid sludge.
The waterspouts that protrude from its shell are highly accurate. The combination of garbage bags and industrial waste caused the chemical reaction that created this Pokémon.
