Safely cocooned within hard plastics, Trubkern can bloom in any location. Despite the noxious smells known with Trubbish and other Pokémon of such types like Muk, running into a garden of Trubkern is often followed with the soft scent of sunflowers.

Trubkern try to minimize movement to conserve the nutrients they have stored in their bodies for evolution. The combination of garbage bags and industrial waste caused the chemical reaction that created this Pokémon.
