It is unclear whether being bitten by an ancient fossil has made Tyranbro less intelligent, but it is certainly less active. Tyranbro rarely moves.

Despite their laziness, Tyranbro have great leadership skills, benevolently ruling over the oceans they reside in. In battle Tyranbro throw themselves headfirst at their opponents using psychic power; this leaves them with headaches after fighting.

Its tail has a Shellder firmly attached with a bite. Thanks to its gargantuan jaws, which could shred thick metal plates as if they were paper, it was invincible in the ancient world it once inhabited.
