Venotung are nocturnal, using their long tongues to snatch Bug-type Pokémon swarming around lights. Their saliva contains a potent toxin capable of paralyzing smaller targets, though it only causes mild itching in larger targets.
Whenever it sees something unfamiliar, it always licks the object because it memorizes things by texture and taste. Venotung are nocturnal--they only are active at night.
