Victreeseed drops to the forest floor to hunt, the impact causing spine-tipped vines to shoot out from its body. If it pierces into something, it reels the victim back in so they can be dropped into its open mouth.
They stick their spikes into cave walls and absorb the minerals they find in the rock. The long vine extending from its head is waved about as if it were a living thing to attract prey.
