Vilecargo flowers give off a foul odour that is often likened to the smell of burnt meat. The smell draws pollinators from far away, using the slimy trail that Vilecargo leaves behind it to find it.
The shell on its back is made of hardened magma. In seasons when it produces more pollen, the air around a Vilecargo turns yellow with the powder as it walks.
