Wooster hides inside its shell and is very shy around other Pokémon. A caring Trainer can encourage them to come out of their shell to play. Wooster gives gifts of half-digested food, and is delighted when Trainers give it some food in return.
It swims in the sea by swallowing water, then jetting it out toward the rear. Wooster usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally.
