Wootly drift as ghostly beings, their presence often marked by a cold, damp haze. They are often found alongside seemingly soulless Quagsire.

When exposed to a strong wind, a Wootly's gaseous body quickly dwindles away. Wootly usually live in water but come out onto land seeking food occasionally.
