Before donning a disguise, Yarua attempt to hide behind their masks. This rarely works however as the form they take is typically larger than masks they wear.
To protect themselves from danger, they hide their true identities by transforming into people and Pokémon. These Pokémon arose from the spirits of people interred in graves in past ages.
