The first recorded Zulie is the product of three Zubat that met an unfortunate fate in a blizzard many years ago. It wanders frozen caves hunting for fresh victims to freeze solid.

Zulie flies through caves making an unsettling screeching noise. It attempts to freeze its prey's limbs in place while it feeds.

A Zulie has the power to instantaneously freeze moisture in the atmosphere. While living in pitch-black caverns, their eyes gradually grew shut and deprived them of vision.
