Blisfairy #242.35
In something akin to a ceremony, Blisfairy place eggs that are about to hatch under moonlight and sing and dance around them. During the event, any Pokémon that hatch are coddled and raised by Blisfairy as one of their own.
On every night of a full moon, they come out to play. If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Blisfairy will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face.
