The combination of Blisder's hard shell and bouncy body protects it from most attacks. Within its shell, grains of sand are coated with fluid to form beautiful egg-shaped pearls.

At night, it burrows a hole in the seafloor with its broad tongue to make a place to sleep. If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Blisder will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face.
