The orb in Chingross's mouth moves when they walk, causing booming peals. To avoid this, Chingross hold themselves above the ground with their rope-like appendages, rarely using their actual feet and keeping their actual body perfectly still.

Chingross has four brains that are joined by a complex neural network. It emits cries by agitating an orb at the back of its throat.
