Cutik is a tiny Pokémon frequently formed when a lost Joltik finds shelter inside of an abandoned skull. Over time, the skull becomes its permanent home, fusing with Cutik's body.
Cutik sleep in skulls of Pokémon much larger than themselves and carry the skulls to ensure they have a safe sleeping spot at night. They ward off curious creatures with a jolt of electricity before retreating into their makeshift home.
They attach themselves to large-bodied Pokémon and absorb static electricity, which they store in an electric pouch. It pines for the mother it will never see again.
