Elesey carry batteries in their pouches, keeping them charged using the electricity they produce by spinning their arms. These Pokémon love to help people, presenting these batteries to those who need them.

If it senses sadness with its fluffy fur, a Elesey will rush over to the sad person, however far away, to share an egg of happiness that brings a smile to any face. If it touches metal and discharges the electricity it has stored in its body, an Elesey begins swinging its arms in circles to recharge itself.
