During thunderstorms, Eleno collect electricity using their horns. They use this energy to make their fur glow faintly, the gentle light helping other Pokémon fall asleep in the harsh weather.
The arcing movement and glitter of the pendulum in a Eleno's hand lull the foe into deep hypnosis. If it touches metal and discharges the electricity it has stored in its body, an Eleno begins swinging its arms in circles to recharge itself.
