Wild Empoark are too proud to use their illusion abilities to disguise themselves as anything other than powerful Pokémon. While they often mimic Empoleon, they occasionally disguise themselves as powerful dragons or even Legendary Pokémon.

Each has the ability to fool a large group of people simultaneously. The three horns that extend from its beak attest to its power.
