Garphish's pincers are covered in tiny, incredibly abrasive scales. While they appear smooth from a distance, even brief contact can cause severe wounds.

Once it grips prey with its large pincers, it will never let go, no matter what. When it folds up its body and extends its wings, it looks like a jet plane.
