Once a Houngron is knocked into a volcano by another Houngron, it emerges with its internal flame burning hotter than ever. It roams the land training this new firepower, hoping to seek revenge on the Houngron that humiliated it.

Its iron horns grow longer a little at a time. In a Houngron pack, the one with its horns raked sharply back serves a leadership role.
