Koffcott's coat of poisonous cotton is light enough that it can travel on the wind. It tears off chunks of the cotton to hide around homes as a prank since the fluff has an unpleasant odor but becomes hard to track when from multiple sources.

Riding whirlwinds, they appear. Getting up close to a Koffcott will give you a chance to observe, through its thin skin, the toxic gases swirling inside.
