A bit of a prankster, Lickigon likes to hide among computer towers and wait. When someone goes to interact with the computer, it gives their hand a messy lick before hopping away.

Lickigon are able to copy data by licking discs and can transfer this data to other blank discs. Lickigon are often used in creating TMs, though Lickigon often enjoy eating the discs whole as a snack.

It is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data in order to enter cyberspace. Whenever it sees something unfamiliar, it always licks the object because it memorizes things by texture and taste.
